Dance enriches learning by enhancing physical, mental, and
emotional development. It increases flexibility and tones the
muscles, while improving posture, balance and coordination. It
increases understanding and appreciation for various dance forms
from social, cultural, and historical perspectives. Dance also
develops self-confidence and self-esteem. We strive to provide a
well-balanced program and innovative curriculum for children and
adults in both contemporary and traditional dance disciplines.

Members of our staff are professionally trained to assist
dancers in progressing from beginning to advanced levels. They
are committed to providing a high level of quality instruction
in their areas of expertise. Additionally, Miss Toby encourages
all staff members to receive CPR and first aid certification.
